Salt Lake City – January 26, 2005 – United Mergers and Acquisitions (UM&A), a Utah based Mergers and Acquisitions firm, has completed the sale of 16 Sonic Franchises in Utah and Idaho to a private wealthy investor. The private wealthy investor who purchased the 16 Sonic Franchises has plans to develop new stores along the Wasatch Front and in Idaho. "I look forward to maximizing the growth potential of these stores and am eager to further establish the Sonic Drive-In throughout Utah and Idaho." said Rick Timmons, the new owner of the 16 Sonic Franchises. “UM&A is proud to have closed such a complex transaction.
